5 Day Refund Period [after receiving the product]
You have the right to refund an item within 5 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, you must contact us via our form; unannounced returns will not be accepted or credited back into the payment method.
Late Return
In the case of late returns (after 7 day period) the consumer must pay an additional fee for the return.
Inspection of Refund/Return
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the balance will automatically be sent to your original payment method within a certain number of days. If you payed using COD, please specify this in the form
Defective/damaged item
If your item arrived defective or damaged. DO NOT OPEN and immediately send us a pic at hello@clothingbyoliverspritz.store.
